B-2 woos crowd at RIAT

The United States Air Force’s bat-like Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit stealth bomber and UK-based F-15 Eagle fighters wowed the crowds at the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford, Gloucestershire with a flypast during an epic transatlantic “Global Power” training flight on Sunday 16 July, flying in from Whiteman Air Force Base, Missouri. The show is marking the 70th anniversary of the formation of the U.S. Air Force with flying displays by the Thunderbirds air demonstration team and the Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor stealth fighter.
